Where our products come from.
Every product on Shohojkena is bought from the brand, its authorised distributor or an authorised Korean wholesaler. We keep invoices for every batch and check packaging, batch codes and expiry dates when stock arrives.
If you ever doubt a product you bought from us, contact us with your order number and a photo of the batch code. We will check it and, if anything is wrong, refund you in full.
